We, Graduate School of Frontier Science Initiative Affairs Section, recommend that you send us copies of the following documents in advance so that we can confirm that you have the basic qualifications: Academic background, Academic record, Language ability.

Master's program
  • Curriculum vitae including the name of school, date of enrollment/graduation, and country of location, from elementary school to university
  • Official academic transcript in the course in which you are currently enrolled or in which you were last enrolled
  • A score of any test of English language ability
Doctoral program
  • Certificate of Master's degree
  • Official academic transcript in the course in which you are currently enrolled or in which you were last enrolled
  • A score of any test of English language ability
